Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Multiple suppliers Terrafolk sources products from a curated network of independent suppliers. Some orders may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers — this is normal and not a cause for concern. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

International shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@terrafolk.co and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
